Dr. J Sundar, who has been striving in the educational field for more than two decades, holds, to his credit, a Postgraduate degree in English Literature and an M.B.A in HR from Madras University. He is also an alumnus of University of Madras (B.A, M.A., Hindi), Allahabad University (B.Ed.) and Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha (Doctorate in Hindi) along with a P.G Diploma in Journalism & Translation. On top of that he was also a double gold medalist in M.Phil.,. Many of his articles, poems and short essays have been published in various literary magazines. He has also presented and published several papers at various national and state level conferences.
After an illustrious time at an autonomous college and an industrious peek into the corporate world of administration, he stepped into the world of teaching budding minds. Starting off at a relatively young age, he now has a unique edge with almost a decade-long experience as a Principal. One of the many feathers in his cap is having attended a South Asian Principal’s Meet at Berlin (Germany) in November, 2018.
There is an imminent paradigm shift in the way of the world and the educational field is no exception. The needs of the market have changed rapidly but so has the cognitive capability of the young ones. As a principal of the new age, Dr.Sundar endeavors to construct an engaging and interactive classroom, where the students traverse beyond the books and get a chance to discover themselves. He grounds his belief that apart from inculcating in the students an academic verve, the school should also infuse a social conscience as well as a spiritual zeal. Instead of thrusting the children with knowledge and hand holding them through each and every step, he considers schools as lighthouses to the students, so that they find the shore and thereby find themselves.
Padmini Vetrivel is an accomplished educator with a strong academic foundation and over 25 years of experience in the field of education. Having completed her schooling under the CBSE curriculum, she pursued higher education with distinction, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Lucknow University and completed double Master’s degrees from the University of Madras.
Her commitment to excellence in education is further reflected in her achievement of a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers, equipping her with global teaching perspectives and advanced pedagogical skills. Throughout her career, she has served as an Academician, contributing significantly to institutions following CBSE and IGCSE curricula. She also had the opportunity to work in the United States for a few years. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping academic frameworks, enhancing teaching standards, and ensuring student success across diverse educational systems.
In addition to her academic leadership, she has over eight years of experience as a Quality Auditor, specializing in ISO certification processes. Her expertise in quality assurance has helped institutions maintain high standards of compliance and continuous improvement.
She is also a dedicated teacher trainer and mentor, having guided and empowered numerous educators. Her passion for professional development and mentoring has made a lasting impact on teaching communities, fostering excellence and innovation in education.

Dr. Usha Jaiganesh, who has been striving in the educational field for more than 15 years in the same institution, exemplifies dedication, professionalism and academic excellence. She holds distinguished qualifications including M.Sc., M.Phil, and B.Ed., and has completed her Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from Periyar University.
Reflecting her strong academic foundation and subject expertise. Her scholarly contributions include the publication of four research papers in reputed international journals.
She has actively participated in and presented papers at national, state and international conferences, demonstrating her commitment to research and continuous learning. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the academic framework of the institution by fostering a disciplined and progressive learning environment. In her leadership role, she effectively guides both faculty and students, ensuring the smooth execution of academic processes while promoting innovative teaching practices and nurturing critical thinking, confidence and holistic development among students.
