Mr.K.Bharat Doshi, the Secretary and Correspondent of GT Group of Institutions, heads the Real Estate and Education division of GT Group. Having specialised in Electronics and Communication engineering from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, he has a vision to be an Educationalist to provide quality education to younger minds in the society. He is the member of ISTE, International Society for Technology in Education, a premier association for educators and education leaders in advancing excellence in learning and teaching through Innovative and effective uses of technology. Mr. Bharat Doshi attended the ISM Ed Tech Conference held at San Antonio in 2013 and Atlanta in 2014. He also has been a part of CoSN 2013, Consortium for School and Networking, senior level delegation in Portugal from US, to imbibe better technological education system.
With determination to make the best education available to children, Mr. Bharat Doshi has been visiting schools abroad and bringing back the best practices he observed. This year’s trip to Finland, today’s pioneer in concept learning in the world, was an eye opener In more ways than one. “Less is More” is a mantra he has reintroduced, and the GT Group of Institutions is sincerely striving to implement it.

With over 15 years of experience in educational leadership as a Principal, AGM, and General Manager, this role brings deep insight into how children learn, grow, and succeed in a rapidly changing world.
Guiding the evolution of academic frameworks and curriculum design, Mr. P. Vamsikrishna Champions innovative learning practices that nurture critical thinking, creativity, character, and adaptability. The focus remains on creating enriching learning environments where student well-being, teacher excellence, and educational relevance come together seamlessly.

Padmini Vetrivel is an accomplished educator with a strong academic foundation and over 25 years of experience in the field of education. Having completed her schooling under the CBSE curriculum, she pursued higher education with distinction, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Lucknow University and completed double Master’s degrees from the University of Madras.

Her commitment to excellence in education is further reflected in her achievement of a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers, equipping her with global teaching perspectives and advanced pedagogical skills. Throughout her career, she has served as an Academician, contributing significantly to institutions following CBSE and IGCSE curricula. She also had the opportunity to work in the United States for a few years. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping academic frameworks, enhancing teaching standards, and ensuring student success across diverse educational systems. In addition to her academic leadership, she has over eight years of experience as a Quality Auditor, specializing in ISO certification processes. Her expertise in quality assurance has helped institutions maintain high standards of compliance and continuous improvement.

Dr. Usha Jaiganesh, who has been striving in the educational field for more than 15 years in the same institution, exemplifies dedication, professionalism and academic excellence. She holds distinguished qualifications including M.Sc., M.Phil, and B.Ed., and has completed her Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from Periyar University.
Reflecting her strong academic foundation and subject expertise. Her scholarly contributions include the publication of four research papers in reputed international journals.
She has actively participated in and presented papers at national, state and international conferences, demonstrating her commitment to research and continuous learning. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the academic framework of the institution by fostering a disciplined and progressive learning environment. In her leadership role, she effectively guides both faculty and students, ensuring the smooth execution of academic processes while promoting innovative teaching practices and nurturing critical thinking, confidence and holistic development among students.
